My first time there! And it was amazing!! Staff was so kind and polite! Even when handling situations with kids they were handled very professionally. Talking with the parent and explaining why to the kids on safety. Went on one of their special days so saved a ton of $$ ! Will definitely be back and tell others!
Great place for families! Had a great time. They have a few great employees as well. Bianca was fabulous, they need more employees like her! Sarah was also good. Tamika was very rude to my kids and I, also acted like she did not want to be there. Otherwise it was a fabulous day!
I used Portland Perks to get $100 of credit for $60. My god daughters and I had a blast all day long for an extremely reasonable price. The unlimited go-carts, laser tag, bumper boats, and mini-golf were great. The employees were all nice. Lexi was especially patient and helpful, as they spent half and hour trying to decide how to spent the tickets we won in the arcade. I plan to go again next year.
I've lived in the area for 30 years and always have wanted to come to Bullwinkle's finally a kid has her birthday.. perfect excuse... we come on discount day... arcade was fun upstairs has better games.. food was good and expensive got a zillion tickets to turn in for some useless return... The 3d game simulator thing was AWESOME go more than once.... OK next outside rec.... um sad the batting cages politely put...sucked! Balls didn't make it to the plate or didn't shoot at all only 2 were open it was raining but geez shut it down or discount it or something... the go carts... fun... mini golf fun and the ride zip line thing.. freaky but alright... staff is all uninterested in their jobs sad service didn't even see anyone out side or anywhere for that matter. Needs A major upgrade and a new staff to bring it to life... disappointed
We came up one night and experienced a few issues with mis-information, although Chase was great to us and very funny. I reached out about a few concerns, and Mat made everything right and we had an amazing family day here. Thank you so much to Mat and the staff for making our trip up superb! This is an extremely fun place to go have fun, and the food is pretty good too. All around a great time!
