I highly suggest ordering from other sources.
Went to get some computer parts. Half of the speakers I looked at were broken. The staff didn't seem to care or want to help me find what I was looking for. Went to check out and get a part I ordered online. They couldn't find the part, mainly because he had no clue what it was. It was a new popular Intel processor.
Their price matching scheme is a scam. called customer service before heading to the store, told me they would price match Best buy prices but at the store the said they would only price match local competitor stores and the stores had to have the product available for immediate pick up.
Great selection and decent prices. Every time I buy PC parts the guys working are super helpful and always willing to price match. Just be prepared to wait a few minutes if you need help.
Aside from component sales (there are better places) they have nearly anything you could want four computing. There's a decent selection of video and audio. Lots of hobby stuff, software, games, phones, appliances. You will lose track of time. You will spend money. Deal with it.
Best Buy got my business.

I wish I could set up a cot and live there. It's so fun to go there. Every gadget, game, electronic or computer component, even kitchen product known to man has to be in this place. Prices are good and they match competitors, not sure about Amazon prices though. Be prepared to spend some time there because the signage is poor. It was hard to find an employee to help me find what needed but when I did he was very friendly and helpful.
This is not the first time I've had to deal with incompetence and lack of help from their employees.
The only truly negative experience I had was a few years ago when I was supposed to get a $60 game with my graphics card purchase and never did despite contacting them multiple times and speaking to several different people.
