Room not cleaned the last night, shower water temperature constantly changing while showering, clothes in dresser from previous guests and housekeeping was clueless on what to do with them, dresser missing a handle, ironing board pad dirty, shower dirty, front desk employee not helpful and kept saying i left the do not disturb sign on door per housekeeping log being the reason why room not cleaned which was not true since the sign was on the inside of my door. Bed was comfortable but squeaky. Management offered to comp me one day stay but i do not want to return to that place so was offered a $50 points value meaning i would pay half for staying the last night in a dirty room smelling like wet towels since nobody went to get them out of the room. Nice balcony view. Nice area. Not worth what I paid. Very disappointed overall
I have stayed at the Quality Inn in Wilsonville on 3 occasions traveling between California and Seattle. We travel with pets and this location is very comfortable for us. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I guess they are not the most up to date on amenities, but the friendly staff & location make up for that.
Room smelt fresh and nice. King bed was soft and comfortable. I was surprised to see a personal balcony we could sit out on. A.C. unit runs nice and quite and the room is surprisingly quite at night for being next to a freeway.
It was clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but there were very few tables, so we had to wait for one to open up. But there weren't any apparent elevators. Parking was tight. We had to walk up outside staircases to get to our second floor room. The hallway doors to the outside did not lock. Anyone could have just walked into the hallway.
I rarely leave a bad review but I rarely stay in a hotel this bad. I noticed the stained carpet as I headed to my room. I went inside and took off my shoes. The carpet was so thin, I could feel the boards under my feet and it was a very "lumpy" feeling. It was about 9pm, and I was very tired, or I would have asked for another room, but I don't know if any of the other rooms were any better. I checked the beds and both were terrible! There was nothing firm about them. They both felt terrible and made a lot of noise. It didn't look like the bottom sheets had been changed or they take them out of the dryer and shove them into something because both were very wrinkled. I ended up putting the top sheets on one bed and slept over on top sheet and under the other one. There were a total of eight pillows and all were very lumpy also. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
