Stayed a second week and the experience was the same. This has been very relaxing to come back to after a long day of driving. Pheasant Ridge RV Resort is an excellent spot and has become my first choice whenever I am in the area.
The park is very well taken care of. The sites are a bit small however most are pull-through s. We have enjoyed our stay and would return again.
The park was clean. The spot (111) was to small for our size 45ft fifth. It was a "pull thru" however you could not simply pull in and when I left I had to back out with help. The kicker was when the washer completely ruined all of our white clothes, it turned them all green. Staff said "there is a number on the machine were not responsible" and that was it. I've tried calling a few times no response and the staff were of no help.
Great park nice and quiet. Excellent staff helpful and courteous. Beautiful grounds. Nice to have laundry and pool and store.
This park is very peaceful. Many parks can be loud and have obnoxious neighbors or rude staff but not this one. The staff here are very nice and were very helpful when resolving a problem that arose. The roads inside the park can be a bit tight as some people park large dually trucks on the side. Not the parks fault though.
On a side note my grandparents stay here and love it as well. They tend to pick their spots carefully. They enjoy it here.
Great park in a very congested area along I-5. Inside the park you have a peaceful setting. Nice landscape, well cared for. We sure appreciated these people when we were without reservations during the busy summer. They called us back when they had a cancellation and saved us. Being here made for a quick commute to visit family, but we had to watch the hour for traffic outside the park. Would come here again.
My wife and i arrived after hours and found all the information we needed on the white board by the office with a map to our spot. Very convenient.
