A nice little store, convenient location, and kind staff.
My wife and I are having our puppy learn some obedience. After three classes she is doing wonderful.
As you might expect prices are a tad high, especially compared to buying online. But if you need anything quick they have a good variety of products and wonderful people in store to help.
It was very pleasant experience all their workers or very tentative and helpful when I needed it I didn't even have to look for more than 5 minutes for what I was looking for and they were right there to help me out thumbs up five stars I'll keep coming back
Most of the staff doesn't treat the dogs well, and they are all kept in a poor, loud, stressful environment. Not to mention sometimes dogs come in with fleas, and it's very possible your dog could pick something up there. My advice - don't take your dog to any PetSmart to get groomed. Instead, take them to a small, independent shop, preferably family-owned. Trust me, they will get better treatment and services, and the groomers will care less about your money and more about your dog - as it should be.
We brought our dog in today to get groomed, and are just dumbstruck by how amazing the staff there was! Our dog can definitely be a hassle at times, and we have NEVER been able to have her toenails clipped, and ears and tail shaved short. We let the staff know this, and it's like the ladies there decided "Challenge accepted!" They groomed every inch of her body perfectly, including ears, tail, and toenails, and i cannot even express how impressed I was with their service! We live in Tacoma WA, but I could easily justify driving all the way to this store again just to get her groomed in the future. Thank you!
